1,5 Kg. of prawns
3/4 Kg. of shrimps
2 stalks of celery
1/2 small glass of wine (a good choice is Pedro Ximenez)
Salt and black pepper
Slice the onions and chop the celery, then fry them with some oil. When the onions are fried, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Then add salt, mash the black pepper and add it too.
Once the tomatoes are cooked add the wine. One the meantime, peel the prawns and shrimps. In a pot, cook only the shells with water and salt for 20 minutes so as to use the soup afterwards.
Add the prawns to the fried onions, celery and tomatoes. Cook them, low heat. Once they are ready mix them in the blender until you get a cream. Add the soup and mix thoroughly in the blender.
Finally, just before you serve, heat up and add the shrimps, cook the shrimps for 3 minutes.
