Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. of medium size peeled shrimps

  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1 cup of sliced onion

  • 1 tsp of chicken stock

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • Some oregano

  • Some salt

  • Some white pepper

Preparation

  1. Marinate the shrimps with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper for 15 minutes. Put one tablespoon of oil in a pot and fry the onion for 5 minutes, then add half of the garlic and keep frying for another 3 minutes, stir all the time .
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook it for 15 minutes, low heat. Then add the chicken stock and cook it for another 10 minutes. On the meantime, prepare the shrimps in a frying pan.

  3. Heat the frying pan and add the garlic, one tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Add the shrimps and chili and cook for 4 minutes.
