Ingredients

  • 800 gr. of shrimps

  • 200 gr. of milk cream

  • 2 tablespoons of mashed dill

  • 1 small cup of sweet liquor

  • 1 tsp of red pepper

  • Butter, salt and pepper

  • 400 gr. of small potatoes

Preparation

  1. Blanch the shrimps in hot water. Peel them and add the liquor. Then sprinkle salt and pepper. In a different pot with some of the butter, cook the shrimps at low heat for 15 minutes.

  2. Add the dill and cream. Cook for 2 more minutes while you stir regularly.

  3. Place in a dish and serve with the cooked potatoes, you can sauté them in some butter and sprinkle them with the rest of the dill.
