Shrimp cook mushrooms
800 gr. of shrimp
100 gr. of butter
1 cup of fresh cream
1 garlic clove
200 gr. of mushrooms
1 small glass of tequila
1 small can (180 gr.) of tomato sauce
Sauté the onion, garlic and chopped chili in a pan.
Add the tomato sauce and salt.
Then add the tequila and some water.
While cooking the sauce, sauté the shrimps in a separate frying pan using only butter.
First peel them and then cut them along in two halves.
Once they are ready, add the sauce.
Then serve on top of white rice.
