6 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 kg. of raw shrimps, with shell
4 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of dry sherry
1 tsp of hot pepper, no seeds
Black pepper, minced
Heat some oil in a wide frying pan. I prefer the paella type of pan.
Sauté the garlic and shrimps, high heat until shrimps are pink (3 minutes).
Then add the lemon juice, sherry, pepper, hot pepper, and salt.
Just before serving, add the chopped parsley.
