250 gr. of shrimps
1 liter of milk
3 tablespoons of butter
1 slice of onion
Salt and pepper
Cook the shrimps, use high heat, in a lot of water with salt and the onion. Once they are cooked, drain them and wash with cold water.
First, mix the shrimps with the milk, salt and pepper, then butter a baking dish and stir the eggs, add the shrimps.
Put the dish into the oven until the milk curdles and shrimps are a little crusty.
You can serve with parsley for a nice green touch.
