Brown the flour in a skillet, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon until it gets the same color than the nuts. Leave to cool. In a saucepan, heat water and salt, bring it to a boil and pour into the flour. Simmer 10 minutes.

  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tablespoon ground nuts

Preparation

  2. Leave to cool.

  3. In a saucepan, heat water and salt, bring it to a boil and pour into the flour.

  4. Simmer 10 minutes.

  5. Take away from the heat and stir in nuts.

  6. Serve hot with potatoes or rice.
