2 cups of water
2 tablespoons flour
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon ground nuts
Brown the flour in a skillet, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon until it gets the same color than the nuts.
Leave to cool.
In a saucepan, heat water and salt, bring it to a boil and pour into the flour.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Take away from the heat and stir in nuts.
Serve hot with potatoes or rice.
