This special plate has its roots in Italy, where since it beginning, it turned to be a typical and protagonic food in the country. Its rice basis makes it an exquisite and healthy plate.
The ingredients needed are:
220gr of salmon to cut in thin slices
1 liter of fish bouillon
To prepare it, you must follow the next steps:
Boil the liter of fish bouillon
Warm on a frying pan a little bit of olive oil and a spoonful of butter. When this spreads, the onion must be cut in thin pieces and warmed on a mid-fire.
When the onion gets to the color expected, the rice must be added to the frying pan. After this, several drops of wine must be added till all of the alcohol evaporates. When this happens, add the bouillon that had been boiling and move for the rice to absorb everything. All this mixture must warm during 20 minutes approximately.
After the 20 minutes have passed, add the missing ingredients. The egg yolk, the parmesan cheese, some spoonfuls of butter and the slices of salmon.
Move the ingredients, and when the cheese starts melting, you will now it’s time to serve the plate.
