Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, boiled and cold

  • 1 can pineapple

  • 100 gr. mushrooms (canned)

  • Mayonnaise

  • 1 glass of cream

  • Some paprika

  • Onion

Preparation

  1. Cut up the chicken, put in a bowl, add the sliced mushrooms and pineapple in small pieces.

  2. In a different bowl pour the juice from the mushrooms and pineapple, add mayonnaise, cream, salt, pepper and paprika.

  3. Put into the refrigerator for at least one hour and serve cold.
