2 red peppers
4 green peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh coriander, ground
100 gr. olives
100 gr. tuna fish
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon caper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 glass olive oil
1 orange (optional)
Bake the peppers into the oven and peel.
Use the food processor to obtain a puree and place them in a pot. Peel the tomatoes, take the seeds and dice, and add to the pot.
Then add the ground garlic, coriander, and lemon juice.
Add oil and stir so that it gets evenly absorbed, use a wooden spoon.
Add salt and sprinkle tuna fish, caper, olives and eggs.
Sprinkle orange zest atop (optional).
