2 cups of boiled vegetables (green beans, chard, carrots)
1 cup of béchamel sauce
Some grated cheese
Slice the vegetables; mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the mixture in small baking pans, greased with oil and sprinkled with bread crumbs.
Place them into the oven until they are firm and brown on top. Leave them to cool off for a few minutes before taking them from the pans.
Serve as a dish or to accompany some other food.
Cover with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or curry.
