1/2 kg of raw grated carrots
1 spoon of sugar (optional)
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1 spoon of grated onion
3 spoons of parsley
1 clove of garlic (mashed)
Mix the carrot, cheese, onion, parsley and eggs. Spice at will.
Place the mixture in the baking pan, previously greased with oil and covered with bread crumbs.
Put it into the oven and bake in a bain-marie until it is firm.
Take it from the oven, leave it to cool off for a while, take it out of the pan and serve cold or hot.
