Ingredients

  • 500 gr. mostaccioli or other medium pasta shape, uncooked

  • 1 jar pasta sauce

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 150 gr. Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 250 gr. part skim mozzarella cheese

  • 150 gr. provolone cheese, cut in quarters

  • 3/4 cup parsley, chopped

  • Butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain (use a colander).

  2. Coat baking dish with butter and place a layer of sauce in bottom.

  3. Add layers of pasta, Parmesan cheese, sauce, pasta, cottage cheese, parsley, pasta, mozzarella, parsley, pasta, sauce and parsley .

  4. Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Then cover and bake in a 180 degrees C oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
