1 large pumpkin
1 kg. diced meat
1 cup milk or broth
2 onions, sliced
4 corns, sliced
2 chili, sliced
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper
1 can peaches
Peel and wash the pumpkin, take all the seeds. In a baking dish, layer the diced pumpkin, add milk or broth, sugar and bake until pumpkin is ready.
Meantime, use a skillet to sauté the diced meat, onion and sliced chili. Add tomatoes, corn, broth, and spice to taste (salt, cumin, powder chili, sugar, bay, diced pumpkin).
Cook until juicy and in the last 15 minutes add a few tablespoons of rice.
Then, add the peaches and cook for 5 more minutes.
Once the pumpkin and casserole are ready, pour in a large shallow dish and serve.
