1 ½ loin, pork meat
1 bottle borgoña wine
1 can natural blackberries
4 sweet potatoes, coated with caramel
Use a skillet to simmer the borgoña wine and blackberries.
Meantime, fry the sliced sweet potatoes with caramel. In a baking dish place the meat, pour the borgoña and blackberries and bake for 20 minutes.
Take away from the heat and add the sweet potatoes.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve and garnish with strawberries.
