300 gr. bacon
Boil the beans in a saucepan, add salt.
Then dice the meat and spread into the saucepan, cook and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
Meantime, use a skillet to brown the sliced bacon.
Serve the meat and beans in a dish, garnish with sliced onion and coriander atop, place the bacon in one side of the dish and serve with tortillas.
