Ingredients

  • 1 Kg. lamb meat, chopped

  • 2 lemons

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

  • 4 potatoes

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper    

Preparation

  1. Pour some oil in a pot.

  2. Add herbs, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  3. Marinate the meat for a couple of hours.

  4. Peel and cut the potatoes in four.

  5. Coat with oil, salt and pepper.

  6. Prepare 4 foil layers and place meat and 4 potato slides in each one, wrap.

  7. Place them in a baking dish and bake at 220 ºC for 30 minutes.

  8. Lower the heat at 180 ºC and bake for 2 more hours.

  9. Serve the wraps and garnish with lemon slides.
