1 Kg. lamb meat, chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon rosemary
Pour some oil in a pot.
Add herbs, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Marinate the meat for a couple of hours.
Peel and cut the potatoes in four.
Coat with oil, salt and pepper.
Prepare 4 foil layers and place meat and 4 potato slides in each one, wrap.
Place them in a baking dish and bake at 220 ºC for 30 minutes.
Lower the heat at 180 ºC and bake for 2 more hours.
Serve the wraps and garnish with lemon slides.
