1 Kg. of chicken or meat
3 tablespoons of flour
1-2 glasses of white wine
1 bit of nutmeg
2 garlic cloves
1 parsley rib
Fry the meat or chicken in a skillet, and then remove to a saucepan.
Use the juice left in the skillet to fry the onion and once it is brown add the flour and white wine.
Stir into the saucepan.
Use a mortar to grind the almonds, garlic and parsley. Add to the saucepan.
Spice with salt and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
