Ingredients

  • 1 Kg. of chicken or meat

  • Oil

  • 1 onion

  • 3 tablespoons of flour

  • 1-2 glasses of white wine

  • 4 almonds

  • 1 bit of nutmeg

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 parsley rib

  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Fry the meat or chicken in a skillet, and then remove to a saucepan.

  2. Use the juice left in the skillet to fry the onion and once it is brown add the flour and white wine.

  3. Stir into the saucepan.

  4. Use a mortar to grind the almonds, garlic and parsley. Add to the saucepan.

  5. Spice with salt and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.

  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
