Ingredients

  • 200 gr. crab meat

  • 2 avocados

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Marinade:

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 4 tablespoons cream

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Sugar

  • Tabasco sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dill, minced

  • 1 tsp chopped onion

  • Salt and white pepper

  • Garnish:

  • Lettuce

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

  • Black olives

Preparation

  1. Dice the crab meat.

  2. Wash the avocados; cut in halves, take the seeds and flesh.

  3. Dice the flesh and moisten with lemon juice.

  4. Keep the skin.

  5. For the marinade: in a pot, stir in mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, sugar, Tabasco sauce, dill, onion, and white pepper.

  6. Add the crab and avocado.

  7. Stuff the avocado skins with the mixture and serve.

  8. Garnish with lettuce, olives and boiled eggs.
