800 gr. of shrimps 200 gr. of milk cream 2 tablespoons of mashed dill 1 small cup of sweet liquor 1 tsp of red pepper Butter, salt and pepper 400 gr. of small potatoes
Blanch the shrimps in hot water. Peel them and add the liquor. Then sprinkle salt and pepper. In a different pot with some of the butter, cook the shrimps at low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the dill and cream. Cook for 2 more minutes while you stir regularly.
Place in a dish and serve with the cooked potatoes, you can sauté them in some butter and sprinkle them with the rest of the dill.
