Heat some oil in a wide frying pan. I prefer the paella type of pan. Sauté the garlic and shrimps, high heat until shrimps are pink (3 minutes). Then add the lemon juice, sherry, pepper, hot pepper, and salt.

6 tablespoons of olive oil

 

1/2 kg. of raw shrimps, with shell

 

4 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced

 

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

 

2 tablespoons of dry sherry

 

1 tsp of hot pepper, no seeds

 

Salt

 

Black pepper, minced

 

Chopped parsley

Just before serving, add the chopped parsley.
