In a frying pan sauté the bacon (no oil) and fry the shrimps, and cover. Once they are almost cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the cream has melted. Serve with rice and white wine.

800 gr. of peeled shrimps

 

2 slices of bacon

 

1 small can of mushrooms

 

1/2 can of milk cream

 

1/2 a tablespoon of stock

 

2 tablespoons of butter

 

1 small grated carrot

 

Salt & pepper

 

Season the shrimps.
