Very Hot Sauce
1/2 cup red chili, from can
2 cup water
2 tsp flour
1 clove garlic 
Salt
Oil
Sauté the garlic in a skillet, with a wooden spoon add in flour and stir. Add water and red chili and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste. Simmer and stir frequently for 5 minutes.
