Try it with some nice white wine
1 ½ Kg. of slices of hake
1/2 Kg. rice
2 medium size onions
3 garlic cloves

2 red peppers
200 gr. grated coconut
Oil
Salt
Put the hake in a saucepan with plenty of water, add the chopped onions, garlic, a bit of oil, peppers, salt and boil for 15 minutes, low heat, until the sauce thickens. When the stew thickens, use a skimmer to take all the parts from the saucepan. Serve and sprinkle with the grated coconut. Serve with white rice.
