Guacamole Sauce is a typical condiment, which comes from the central part of America. Here, where people find it so common to season plates with different sauces, mostly spicy ones, the Guacamole ended up being a very important condiment not only for them, but for plates all over the globe.

Peel the avocados and smash them till the spread widely.
Cut the tomato in tiny slices, almost as if it was grated, and put this in a small bowl.
Grate a clove of garlic and put this on a separate place too.
Join the avocado, the tomato and the garlic and mix this spreading everything for a while.
Season all this with the olive oil, lemon and salt, and taste the sauce till it gets the perfect taste.
You can leave the hard part (in the middle of the avocado) inside the sauce, as it gives a special touch to the sauce sometimes. Guacamole can be ate with any food you choose, but it’s recommendable to do it as an appetizer along with the so called “Nachos”.
