4 fillets of sea bass
1 tablespoon of butter
1 onion, sliced
2 glasses of white wine
1,5 glasses of water
1/2 of milk cream
Sauté the onion with butter, then add the fillets and make sure they are cooked on both sides. Add salt and white wine, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Once they are cooked, serve in individual dishes.
Heat a little more the sauce where you prepared the fillets and then take away from the heat, add the milk cream and stir, cover the plates with the sauce and serve immediately.
