1 medium size sea bass
2 parsley leaves
½ green pepper, sliced
In a saucepan or large skillet place the onions and tomatoes, sliced and in layers, then add the sea bass in one piece, only with transversal cuts along so as to obtain its juice.
Add the pepper (no seeds) and cover with a few parsley leaves. Simmer and wait for it to be juicy. Add the soy sauce.
Then take away from the heat. Serve in the same skillet or saucepan.
Serve with white rice, French fries and pepper sauce.
