1 Kg. of grouper, or sea bass
2 hot or sweet peppers
6 garlic cloves
1 coriander leaf
1/2 glass of oil
Salt and pepper
Clean and peel the fish, then slice it.
Spice with salt and pepper.
Chop the garlic and coriander to cover the fish.
Put some oil in a saucepan, add the hot or sweet pepper (chopped), and the peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Then add the fish and rest of the ingredients and cover with water.
Simmer until all the water is gone.
