A very simple recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg. of grouper, or sea bass

  • 2 hot or sweet peppers

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 1 coriander leaf

  • 1/2 glass of oil

  • Salt and pepper 

Preparation 

  • Clean and peel the fish, then slice it.

  • Spice with salt and pepper.

  • Chop the garlic and coriander to cover the fish.

  • Put some oil in a saucepan, add the hot or sweet pepper (chopped), and the peeled and chopped tomatoes.

  • Then add the fish and rest of the ingredients and cover with water.

  • Simmer until all the water is gone.
