1 sea bream or 4 red mullets
1 garlic clove
Pepper and salt
If it is a large fish, cut in fillets, but if you are using red mullets, leave them in one piece.
Brown the diced onions with some oil, add the tomatoes, mashed.
Place the fish in a clay pot, baste with some olive oil and water, and then add the onions and tomatoes. Spice with salt, pepper and the garlic clove.
Cook into the oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
