250 gr. mushrooms
1250 cc. milk
1 garlic clove
1 shot liquid cream
1 shot dry sherry
Use a saucepan to heat some oil, add the garlic, leek, carrot and sliced mushrooms.
Sauté and stir gently, add sherry and some water.
Let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and then add milk and flour, simmer for another 5 minutes, and add the cream and salt.
