1 lt. chicken broth
4 tablespoons flour
50 gr. butter
1/2 glass liquid cream
In a microwave pot pour the broth; add butter, flour and salt.
Stir heavily and put into the microwave for 5 minutes.
Take away from the microwave, stir and put back for another 4 more minutes.
When it thickens, add the cream, stir and put back into the microwave for another 2 minutes.
If you want you can add chicken meat, sliced thinly, before you serve.
