Ingredients 

  • 1/2 Kg. carrots (half should be with their leaves)

  • 3 onions

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Water

Preparation

  1. Slice and cook the carrots.

  2. Meanwhile sauté the onion and add the leaves from the carrots, finely sliced.

  3. Then add the boiled carrot and the water where you boiled it.

  4. Spice with soy sauce and salt.

  5. Add the corn starch and stir.

  6. Cook for at least 10 minutes.

  7. Once ready, blend and serve.
