Ingredients

  • 2 cans of crabs

  • 200 gr. ham

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 chives leaves

  • 1 small glass of rum

  • 1/4 pepper

  • 100 gr. bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Soak the bread crumbs into the milk.

  2. Drain the crabs and mince. Drain the bread crumbs and place into the blender. Add ham, garlic, parsley and pepper.

  3. Blend and add the yolk, rum and crab meat, spice and blend again. In a skillet, heat the oil and pour the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Then, pour into small pots and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put into the oven until brown.

  5. Garnish with chives leaves.
