1 hot chili
Prepare a thick sauce with the tomatoes, peeled and chopped, add onion, also chopped, oil and add the diced green peppers.
Simmer in a clay pot. Meantime, wash the crabs, and fry them in plenty of oil using a large skillet.
Once they are tender, pour into the tomato sauce, add diced ham, salt and diced hot chili.
Cook for 15 minutes.
