5 slices of pineapple
2 onions, medium size
1 small glass of white wine
1 small glass of pineapple juice
Wash and clean the chicken, season only with salt and then fill it with 2 slices of pineapple on the inside, close it with a small stick and then coat with butter or margarine.
Chop the 3 remaining slices of pineapple, the tomatoes and the onions, and then add them all up with the chicken.
Finally, add the white wine and pineapple juice and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve as a hot dish.
