With Healthy Prunes, Raisins & Almonds

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs

  • 4 apples

  • 2 onions

  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 platanos

  • 50 gr. of prunes

  • 25 gr. of raisins

  • 25 gr. of almonds

  • Salt and pepper

  • Red pepper

  • Cinnamon

  • Olive oil

  • Oregano

Preparation

  1. Grease a baking dish and place the chicken legs, add the diced potatoes and diced onions, prunes, raisins and almonds.

  2. Then spice with salt, pepper, cinnamon and oregano.

  3. Pour olive oil and bake at 250º for 35 - 40 minutes.

  4. After this, take the baking dish out of the heat, add the apples and bananas (both peeled and diced).

  5. Bake for another 10 minutes before you serve.
