4 chicken legs
50 gr. of prunes
25 gr. of raisins
25 gr. of almonds
Salt and pepper
Grease a baking dish and place the chicken legs, add the diced potatoes and diced onions, prunes, raisins and almonds.
Then spice with salt, pepper, cinnamon and oregano.
Pour olive oil and bake at 250º for 35 - 40 minutes.
After this, take the baking dish out of the heat, add the apples and bananas (both peeled and diced).
Bake for another 10 minutes before you serve.
