1 cup ham (chopped and cooked)
2 tablespoons grated cheese
2 tablespoons cream
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Olives (for garnish)
Shape rounds of white bread and fry them lightly only in butter.
Brown both sides.
Spread ham mixture evenly on bread rounds, sift a little amount of grated cheese over the top, and then brown lightly in the oven.
Garnish each bread with half an olive.
