  • 1 carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 eggplant

  • A few celery leaves

  • ½ spinach

  • ½ cauliflower

  • ½ cabbage

  • ½ tablespoon turmeric

  • ½ tablespoon ginger

  • ½ tablespoon cumin

  • ½ tablespoon parsley

  • ½ tablespoon black pepper

  • ½ tablespoon mustard seed (powder)

  • Salt
