Ingredients

  • 120 gr. crab meat

  • 20 prawns

  • 100 gr. celery

  • 6 palm hearts

  • 30 gr. pine kernels, toasted

  • 20 gr. almonds, toasted

  • Escarole lettuce leaves

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoon cream

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon radish sauce

  • Some Tabasco drops

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Place the crab meat and prawns in a china pot. Add celery and palm hearts.

  2. Use a different pot to mix the soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise, cream, mustard, radish sauce, oil, ginger and lemon.

  3. Stir heavily and freeze for 30 minutes.

  4. Take from the refrigerator and sprinkle pine kernels and almonds.

  5. Use the mixture to stuff the lettuce leaves.

  6. Serve with any type of fish, ideally boiled.
